    The Franklin is our first living place in Florida. Management and staff are both professionals and warm people. The community is really nice. The apartments are beautiful and modern. Best location for people like us who don’t drive and enjoy doing grocery shopping and going to the drugstore nearby or visiting nice restaurants.

    Laurie and Ellen in the Leasing Office, along with the Maintenance Team have always been Awesome, Patient, Kind, Professional and Extremely Helpful.     I have lived at The Franklin for 4 years now! My experience at The Franklin has been great! The location is amazing, so close to the beach and all your shopping needs. Additionally, the place is kept up so well. I love the pool! Lastly, any maintenance issues I have had over the past 4 years have all been taken care of, they have a great team for that; headed up by the amazing Ron! . I am very happy with my experience here overall!

    The Franklin has been an awesome place to live over the past four years! Lori is a phenomenal community manager! Always a pleasure to work with when anything comes up and I really enjoy all the fun things she arranges for our community! Ron, who heads up the maintenance department is incredible.
