I have lived here since the property opened. I have seen the staff change. I have dealt with Donna and Claudia for years. I can honestly say this current staff is so friendly and way to talk to no matter what the issue might be. Maintenance is friendly and is quick to fix anything you put in a work order for. Kevin doesn’t just come in and repair stuff but he actually gets to know you. The property is quiet for the most part but remember it is apartment living. The staff is always trying ...

The team here at The Fred leasing office is so pleasant work with! Donna was the first person I had contact with and she has always been so helpful with everything we've ever needed. I enjoy the level of professionalism and understanding they have to offer. I've lived in two seperate apartments here at the Fred and the transition from one unit to the other was basically flawless. We needed to downsize and they worked everything out for us and even let us pick from two different units after ...

Even down to the maintenance team, they are very nice and have always been so quick to fix any maintenance tickets we have. They offer competitive prices for the area and the amenities we have access to are truly amazing! Lived here for almost a year and renewed my lease. The staff is all friendly, understanding, and welcoming. The prices are great. Neighbors mind their business for the most part. And maintenance is pretty responsive.The apartments themselves look better on the inside and outside then the other apartments around.After living in Montgomery County and Washington DC there is definitely nothing I can complain about.

They take advantage of people, my parents lived there for 1 year. They left the place in great condition. Somehow they were charged $480 not including their direct deposit for the electric stove having scratches on it. Everyone knows that electric stoves get regular wear and tear on it because its flat. My mom cooks just like an average person and not on a everyday basis. This is so unfair, they really did this because my parents are kind people and they know they will not put up a fight. This ...
