Absolutely beautiful apartment, but be careful

The apartment is in a beautiful location, it’s close to OHSU and is close to the freeway. There is also a plaid pantry and a Thai food place close by. However there are some issues with the apartment management, it is very hard to contact the office with questions by phone or email. If you get into contact with the sister office, which is highly likely as Autumn in the on site office is hard to get a hold of, they can’t answer your questions for you. resolve issues in the apartment, but they do quality work once they do come to help. The pet policy is out of date on this website as well, it has since gone up in price, so don’t expect the prices you see here. There’s also a huge, steep hill you have to go up (and down) if you’re in the apartments closest to the leasing office, it’s very hard to get up if it rains heavily or snows, hopefully your car is new and all wheel drive. When they’re doing road work there’s a big delay if you try to get out normally, so if you see construction workers I would plan to leave 20 minutes earlier. While the apartment has its upsides, there are some issues that should be taken into consideration when looking at this apartment.
