March 1, 2024For the most part everything is fine. Just wish they elaborated on the internet fee. Although we have our own internet service we are still being charged a fee through the apartments for the initial hookup. The amenities are great, the neighborhood is good since it's close to so many stores and restaurants. As well as a lake park and schools, if you have children. I will say now with all the pricing being included, I feel like it's kind of steep.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2024Maintance is always timely. The neighbors I have met have been very nice. Above all I think that the best part about The Gables has been the office staff. They are seriously so caring. I'll be sad when I have to leave.Property Manager Responded
