Nice Property but Not so Nice Property Staff
June 18, 2025We had a 2:30pm appointment. We walk in and the assistant was on the phone. My family and I took a seat for a few minutes. Once she was done with her call, I approached her and let her know that we had an appointment. The first few words that came out of her mouth, just turned out the whole family off the entire experience. She says “you are 10 minutes late and I have to take my break at 3:00pm, so we will need to be quick”. My family and I were all taken back from this response given that ...she was on the phone for 5 of the last 10 minutes. We cooperated with her given that she may have been having a bad day and really could use a break. She rushed us through the property with very little details provided. When we asked questions, she either could not answer or just shrugged her shoulders and said, “this is how it is here”. We all were so turned off that we just wanted the tour to end as quickly as possible. We visited 4 other properties the same day. While this property is very nice, the experience left my family and I with such a bad taste, that we would not consider renting at this property. This customer service representative needs to be trained further or she needs to find a job that she is more passionate about, because it was clear that she really did not want to be there or do this job.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2024I have had a great experience at the Gabriel. The staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents and to the maintenance and cleanliness of the building. August 23, 2024We have had a great experience overall. There were a couple of issues but they were addressed and fixed right away. The staff is friendly and the community is beautiful. We enjoy the way events are put together to bring the residents together and also provide an opportunity for the staff to mingle with the residents.Review from Apartments.com

August 21, 2024A lot of restrictions and rules, Makes for an unwelcoming environment. Neighbor upstairs smokes MJ and smell lingers through the vents. Parking restrictions suck. Amenities have been kept nice (Gym). A lot of noise from Bonita and Garry street. Location to the freeways is good.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2024I truly enjoy living here at The Gabriel. Though there has been a few hick ups overall I give the Gabriel a 9. The few things I would like changes are parking for guest. And a better process for keep trash shut areas cleaner. I wish they had the fob entrance for trash area so that way the office could see who left the mess by the fob reporting.Property Manager Responded

July 27, 2024Almost been here for one year at the Gabriel’s and it has been a great experience as my first apartment lease. Friendly staff from the maintenance staff, to the janitorial staff and the leasing team. Nothing but professionalism and friendliness.
