  • Quality doesn’t match then price nor restrictions.

    This apartment is about the same price as similar properties in the area, however theres key differences. Unlike other apartments, there is mold all over these homes, and an obvious lack of cleanliness. Not to mention the cockroaches I see everywhere on the premises both inside and out of the apartments. The ‘remodels’ just painted over mold and they didn’t even replace the rusted sinks in the bathrooms.
