If I could give these place zero stars, I would!
I moved in and out of this place within FOUR DAYS!!! It started off with the lack of communication with the employees that work in the office.
Before I moved in, I requested for my unit especially the carpets to be cleaned and I was told it would be done. When I moved in, I found myself being eaten ALIVE BY FLEAS. My entire unit was infested with fleas to the point where I would wake up to fleas attacking my body and I was able to collect them in a ...
bag and bring the bag of fleas to the leasing office. I was then told that the pest control could come in a week later but I demanded that they handle the issue ASAP. I was then told by the property manager “MAYBE we can get them [pest control] to come in today”? I ended up going to urgent care, called off work, was started on antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications, had to do wound care on my entire body, and didn’t have a place to safely sleep. The property manager and the employees were unhelpful and this place needs to be shut down. The apartments are overpriced and the leasing office is horrible with communication. This was such a traumatic experience for me and my housemate. I’m so glad we left!!
