Terrible apartments and staff
December 20, 2025Horrible property and staff. Don’t care about tenants at all. Only getting as much money as possible. Apartments have mold inside of the walls. Pool are has mold.Property Manager Responded

Very nice
May 17, 2022The Gallery Apartments are a very nice place to live. Since moving in, I have enjoyed utilizing the pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna. They are always very clean and a fun place to be! I also was surprised at how the sizes of the bedrooms are very similar and a nice space to live in. They are not too small and both rooms have good-sized closets. I also enjoy how close it is to the UND campus, it will make it easy to get to class on time!Property Manager Responded

Good property
July 28, 2020The Gallery Apartments are a good price for the property. The floors and carpet seem new and the size of my one bedroom apartment is generous - bigger than my last two bedroom one! I am excited to use the pools and my apartment balcony. The location is great for me as UND student as well. The only downside I see to the apartments is the small kitchen. June 30, 2020The Gallery Apartments are in a wonderful location. There are schools and churches close by and they have an excellent bike path along the English Coulee. The Fitness Center is great and the swimming pools are nice. It is important and great to have a manager on site. Thanks for the enjoyable place to live. Property is neat, quiet and friendly
June 29, 2020If you work full time or attend school full time, the Gallery Apartments are a good fit. The pool is clean, the exercise room has the basics - tread mills, dumb-bell weights and a a flat bench, it may not give you a full body workout but it will do if you don't have time for the gym. The buildings are quiet and the people are friendly, snow is plowed out of the parking lot as soon as it stops snowing.Property Manager Responded

Nice but . . .
June 29, 20203 Stars - The Gallery Apartments best qualities are the swimming pool, sauna, and exercise room (which I do not use), however, I only rate them 3 stars for the rent is a bit high for the quality. The apartments are old for the floors are “wavy”. Sometimes it is hard to place furniture or a table without having to place something under one of the legs. The cabinets and bathrooms are dated but are fine. The kitchen is tight for two people to share the cooking duties. The “master” bedroom and ...bath are good sized but the bathroom have no outlet and the shower door leaks each time the shower is used and water runs under the tiles. IMM maintenance has tried fixing the problem several times but nothing has worked. The window in the “master” bedroom is doubled paned but most windows in the 2nd bedroom are still single paned. The laundry room (3 washers/3 dryers) is nice enough though a washer or dryer is out of order frequently and those washers and dryers are for the whole building. So one load of laundry may take you several hours to complete.Property Manager Responded
