Neighborhood is great, apts are lovely. But, very concerned about renewing. The building has gone downhill terribly since we’ve moved in. Feels like a bait and switch. Furniture in shared spaces have been replaced when needed with cheaper versions that look awful and almost silly, amenities hrs are stripped, including the pool & rooftop have been (even if there were incidents, there is a much better way of handling it then to strip it from the rest of the us, we pay for it!), had free drinks in ...
lounge and now there is a paid cheaper looking version of it in the lobby, less resident events were offered for a time and now when they do have them, they run out food early and the food is abysmal…it’s almost a joke, problems don’t get fixed in timely manner and worst of all, there was literally a murder in the building and numerous police calls for violence. What in the world is going on in what is supposed to be a luxury building! Shame on Greystar. I WONDER IF GREYSTAR READS THIS OR CARES?

The staff at the property are genuinely kind, responsive, and do their best to help residents day to day. That said, it often feels like they are significantly understaffed, which impacts overall operations. Package handling in particular has been a recurring issue. I’ve experienced frequent delays, mislabeling, and several instances where packages were temporarily misplaced or not received at all. It has become a consistent inconvenience and concern. The apartment units themselves are fairly ...
low quality in terms of finishes and maintenance relative to expectations. However, the building amenities are truly a highlight and are well designed and enjoyable to use. I’ve also had difficulty getting responses regarding requests for a meeting with management, particulary Daniel the property manager, which has added to frustration when trying to address ongoing concerns. Lastly the dog run is constantly filled with poop and my dog got sick from this. It is a serious safety hazard.

Please don’t get an apartment close to the gym. The noice from people dropping weights is insane and can be heard many floors above the gym. You can complain but nothing will change.

there isn't enough communication from the owners/managers and there aren't enough events. Also, this building needs better insulation. it's too cold in my apartment.

This is a nice looking building with good units and good amenities. That's where the good ends. The management team does not respond or get back to you about any issue, the front desk has no idea how to do anything and is always new because they use a staffing company, and the security is no where to be found so there are people causing issues in the building and loitering all the time.

I love living at the Gantry, the staff is very friendly, the gym is amazing and it's been very quiet. My only qualm is with the internal structure, when the apartment below us has their heat on, it gets so hot in our apartment we have to turn on the air conditioning and, in the summer, when the apartment below us as the AC on, the floors in our bathrooms get so moist, it is dangerous to walk on. We have expressed the flooring concern to management however they have no solution for us, it's just ...
