  • Great Place For Mom and Dad

    This is the place for mom and dad to live. The complex is full of activities. The community bus takes a weekly trip to Walmart. Residents are very friendly and welcoming. Staff is very helpful and good to the residents who live here. Great Place!

    I have been here a little over a month and I find the Management to be AWESOME. I decided to downsize and visited the property 3 times before making my decision to move here. Each time I came away feeling informed and special. I know I asked a million questions, but this was going to be such a change for me. I never felt like a bother to anyone. I moved here and, not only have I found peace of mind, but I have met some very nice people. The grounds are very nice. I can't say enough great ...

    My husband and I have been living at The Gardens Of Stafford for six years and love it. despite frequent turn over of cleaning and maintenance staff, the manager, tonette, has made sure that services were made in a timely manner and works hard to make make this a friendly and safe environment. the building is kept clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. we are very happy here and we have moved family members into the complex. The maintenance staff we now have is courteous , friendly and ...

    A new company is cleaning up the property. They need to clean up staff which is the gossip center and there is a lot of gossip used to make sure tenants stay in line. Bookeepers are nice people sometimes but are not really qualified to run the human side of a property like this. Tenant private information is passed around freely and used to help keep complaints down. People move out as fast as they move in for good reasons.
