Don’t do it
March 16, 2018Would’ve given a zero but that’s not an option. Literally if you have ANY other choice of places to live, go with that. The Gates is extremely overpriced. The worst part, however, is the psychotic, power-hungry, relentlessly creepy “security guards” and property manager. In no way, shape, or form are they useful. In fact, quite the opposite. They record with surveillance cameras the pool/grill area, go back and watch, and fine people 6 months later.
