June 18, 2016I lived here twice and it is the most amazing place to live! Sandra and Shawna are the best managers one could ask for! The community is great and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Cat friendly and lots of areas for children to play. This is hands down the best area in Marina to live in!Review from Apartments.com
Safe neiborhood
September 26, 2015The gates are older apts the manager is great if something is wrong she will have it fixed quickly. the building itself needs some work we have been here 9years and have seen some wood rott on decks. But for the most part the maitnence keeps everything up and the yards clean. It is a very quiet complex.Review from Apartments.com

August 31, 2015Spacious 2 balconies & a porch, the apartment grounds are very well kept, Manager and staff are awesome. Have lived here for 15 years.
