Best place I have rented
September 15, 2015The Gates of Owings Mills is a great place to live. The apartment was throughly cleaned and ready for move in. The front office staff are friendly and listen to all concerns. The maintenance staff are easily the best I have ever seen. They handle all issues timely & keep the grounds very clean, including snow removal. The only flaw here are the neighbors which can be loud sometimes but that's no fault of the apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com

August 1, 2015I have lived in The Gates of Owings Mills for a little over a year and a half now. The facility is fantastic! The leasing office staff, as well as maintenance staff, are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location is a hidden gem. It is clean and has a beautiful pool.
