April 17, 2026The four electric grills at the pool do not work or function properly. There is no butterfly machine for a chest workout in the gym. The exercise bikes do not have a digital display for time or range. The water fountains in the gym do not work. There is no trash can outside my building like the other buildings. The dog park is mostly dirt, so I can't take my dogs there without getting dirty. The dog grooming area does not have a blower or air dryer for the dogs. I walked by the game room, and ...there were children flinging pool sticks and balls around without any adult supervision. April 16, 2026I moved into the Gathering March 23rd, 2026! All the staff were so professional, friendly and welcoming! The leasing agents have been so understanding of my physical disabilities and assured my reasonable accommodations are being met through the proper channels! They took the time to explain how they were being handled and followed up as needed in a timely manner! The 3 maintenance men have also been wonderful with me! Sabin helped pick me up off the sidewalk when fell as I was coming into the ...leasing office to complete the paperwork to move in! Larry and Clifford have helped in my apartment with the maintenance requests submitted! April 16, 2026The move in experience was overall significantly more disorganized than other apartments I’ve lived in. Leila in the Leasing office is amazing, and eventually managed to resolve any issue we had. However, the office seems understaffed, resulting in many phone calls and emails going unanswered for days at a time. The property is beautiful, but could use a sweep or garbage can change a time or two more.Review from Apartments.com

March 15, 2026This place is absolutely stunning. The leasing agents & front office workers are very pleasant and answer every question. The apartments are extremely modern and beautiful. The amenities are to die for. The pool, gym, and clubhouse room are awesome. 10/10.Review from Apartments.com

March 11, 2026Very nice facility with amazing front office staff. Maintenance has gone way downhill since the buyout in 2025. Maintenance staff are stand offish, not nearly as warm or friendly and the common areas are not kept up as they used to be. Signs of wear and tear in the stairwells and pool/outdoor clubhouse area. The dog park has far more dirt than grass. Everything used to be immaculate at all times. Now it seems to only be addressed when needed. Maintenance staff are not nearly as present, it’s like ...you only see them if there’s a problem. For the rental rates, things should be kept up much better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
