March 11, 2026Very nice facility with amazing front office staff. Maintenance has gone way downhill since the buyout in 2025. Maintenance staff are stand offish, not nearly as warm or friendly and the common areas are not kept up as they used to be. Signs of wear and tear in the stairwells and pool/outdoor clubhouse area. The dog park has far more dirt than grass. Everything used to be immaculate at all times. Now it seems to only be addressed when needed. Maintenance staff are not nearly as present, it’s like ...you only see them if there’s a problem. For the rental rates, things should be kept up much better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 10, 2026I'm a terminal cancer patient who is on 11¹1hospice. And the staff always make sure that im taken care of. My husband has a permanent tbi/traumatic brain injury from a drunk driver and doe the first time since the accident/3 years he has been happy. Living here he is able to swim in the pool and it not put him in the bed for days recooperating. He has made friends with the maintenence guys. Since I live here I feel comfortable and protected, which is very important for me and my family. February 4, 2026The office is sometimes closed during listed business hours due to the staff member stepping out, which is inconvenient and not reflected in the Google hours. On one occasion, I arrived at 5:00 PM (the office closes at 6:00 PM) and saw an “out of office” sign stating they would return at 6:00 PM, the same time the office closes. That was very frustrating as a customer trying to get information. I’ve also experienced calling for extended periods without an answer. While the staff are friendly and ...helpful when they are available and when I’m finally able to reach them by phone, the limited availability makes access difficult. It seems that having only one employee per shift may be overwhelming.
