Poor Management & OVERPRICED
June 4, 2025So I just moved in and I’m already starting to regret it. I previously lived here and it was COMPLETELY different. Management actually cared about, you didn’t have to send tons of emails or make a bunch of calls to reach somebody, and maintenance actually did their job in a timely manner. Again, JUST MOVED IN, and you can tell that they didn’t do a proper cleaning or check of my unit. Especially since this was a unit I wasn’t initially promised. The previous tenants stuff is still in my storage ...closet, half my outlets don’t work, the water heater…tinks SO LOUD, I can’t wash my clothes in my own unit without maintenance coming to fix a water leak, and there’s a leak in the shower. I’ve put in multiple requests, told they were coming and NOTHING has been done in almost 2 weeks. Honestly, I hope I can come and change my review but at this point, I’ll be praying this lease goes by fast. It really gives off that they DO NOT care about you as a resident, and honestly makes the company look bad. Rent somewhere else, where they actually act like you matter.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2021I have lived here for less then a year and have had countless issues with this property. Upon moving in last August we saw at least 3 roaches a day (obviously an infestation). When was this problem fixed you may ask: Never. It's now May and we still have to call and ask for them to spray the entire apartment every other week just to keep the issue somewhat in check. SO they never really resolved anything. all of the drains clog very easily, the dishwasher has to be run twice to even clean ...anything, and now there is a leak in our ceiling. The leak was the last straw for us in a long list of issues. The management is subpar, the pool is filthy and didn't open till months after it was summer so don't get excited when you see pool advertised. We have put in countless requests for our issues and they essentially slap a band aid on and call it fixed. these apartments are WAY overpriced for their actual quality. July 2, 2018I've lived here for two years now and just signed a lease for a third year. I am in graduate school and am really happy here. The staff is stellar and always helps me when I need it. It is a very safe area with a bunch of kids. As an art student at SCAD, having the sunroom as a studio space is awesome.Review from Apartments.com

Best place to live in Savannah
March 8, 2017I have lived at Waterford Plantation for 7 months and I'm not sure why anyone would want to live anywhere else in Savannah. This is the most quiet place I've ever been. The office staff is also extremely friendly. When I first moved in, I was by myself and I needed help carrying something up my stairs. The maintenance guys are always outside driving around in golf carts taking care of business. When I didn't notice one, I called the office and asked Lisa, the office manager if she could send one ...of them over to help me. They were all out fixing an AC unit in another unit (it was the middle of July) so about 3 minutes later, Lisa drove over to my apartment in a golf cart, hopped out in her stiletto heels and helped me herself! The office staff here makes you feel like a part of a family. Have a maintenance request? Fixed immediately! Have something delivered here? They take care of it! So please, if you are new to Savannah, do yourself a favor and check out these apartments. If you are not new to savannah, do yourself a favor and move here immediately! Georgetown Woods Apartment
December 5, 2016Georgetown Woods Apartment Complex is exceptional! For the past two years, I have resided in this apartment complex. Every question or concern I had (i.e. maintenance request, address change) was resolved in a timely manner by staff members Kelly and Sarah. Their sensitivity to each concern that I presented (whether big or small) showed me their dedication to their craft. The rooms are spacious and installed with up to date appliances. August 14, 2015We just moved in a week ago, so far everything is awesome. Very clean and safe neighborhood, close to HAAF, and only 20-30 minutes from downtown. Apartments are huge and awesome.
