December 17, 2025Great building, wonderful staff, perfect location. Everything anyone might want in a Center City residence!! The activities budget might better be spent on coordinating with Roost for 24/7 front desk coverage as opposed to forcing delivery folks to wait at front door until a resident lets them in. November 18, 2025Really bummed about the green wall in the lobby switching to plastic, but I guess it underlines that the building is too challenging to maintain. July 21, 2025Philly can be dirty and unfriendly, but once I walk on to the East Market space and into my building The Girard, I'm most often met by Robert and Sean who light up my day. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable and smart, they make it feel like home and provide the safety and warmth I'd hope for in my own house.
