December 17, 2025Great building, wonderful staff, perfect location. Everything anyone might want in a Center City residence!! The activities budget might better be spent on coordinating with Roost for 24/7 front desk coverage as opposed to forcing delivery folks to wait at front door until a resident lets them in. November 18, 2025Really bummed about the green wall in the lobby switching to plastic, but I guess it underlines that the building is too challenging to maintain.
