June 1, 2025I’ve lived here for 2 years and overall my experience was good. The amenities are awesome and the staff is super nice. Only complaint is the fire alarm goes off a lot and the elevators can take a long time. Rent prices getting too high so leavinfProperty Manager Responded

The professional chef host will review various tips and tricks around kitchen and fire safety following the lesson on their main dish of the evening each class. April 5, 2025After six years living at The Girard and extolling its virtues (amazing skyline, location, quality finishes, professional staff, great closets, fine amenities) I find myself recuperating from a planned surgery and an accident that put me out of commission for months during the healing process. It took this horrid confluence of incidents to showcase to me the wonderful accessibility of my unit including door sizes, flooring, space that allows a wheelchair to navigate, island that lets me prepare, ...cook, pivot and serve with minimal movement: a winner in all respects!Property Manager Responded
