    The building is well maintained, daily cleaning, good amenities, the staff is friendly, great location. maintenance is quick to respond. My only gripe is the building alarms that go off a little to frequently for my liking.

    The maintenance at the Girard is very helpful & attentive especially Lynmari!! She was able to help me on the weekend in the snow to get in my apartment

    Great building, wonderful staff, perfect location. Everything anyone might want in a Center City residence!! The activities budget might better be spent on coordinating with Roost for 24/7 front desk coverage as opposed to forcing delivery folks to wait at front door until a resident lets them in. Bad for security!!

    Really bummed about the green wall in the lobby switching to plastic, but I guess it underlines that the building is too challenging to maintain. Also wish the elevators were more reliable. But beautiful building and I love the new business center, huge add to the amenities.

    The tour was incredible, and we are beyond excited to move in. Truly the most perfect apartment complex. The natural light from the big windows was the ultimate selling point. Along with the fixtures in the units, they are modern, but still cozy.
