About The Glen

The Glen is a new Flint, TX, gated rental community. Located just off of Old Jacksonville Road only 11 miles from UT Tyler, TJC and the main hospital district. The Glen features 2 and 3 bedrooms with granite countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, privacy fenced in backyard. All kitchen appliances are included. Washer and dryer available to rent. In addition, the property is set to have a community pool, dog park, and sculpted walking trail. These units are filling up fast so call one of our leasing agents to schedule a tour at soon! Virtual tours available upon request. Resident is responsible for all utilities. Lawn maintenance is included in rent. Please call Cintra Realty Group at to schedule a showing before it’s too late! Also, you can fill out an application to view any of our properties through the website (application fees are non-refundable). Properties/units can be held for up to two (2) weeks after an application has been approved and security deposit has been received. *We are Pet Friendly. Providing all pertinent pet information will help increase processing time on applications. Pet deposits are fully refundable, less any lawful deductions. Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including Pit Bulls, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds.
