The rent increase after they get you in is 20-25%. My place is small. the first winter here was infested with mice. They set traps but never checked them and fumigate with no warning. I was sick and thought it was COVID . I was poisoned by the pesticide. Plan on cleaning up dead mice. No warnings when they enter your place.

I'm a rather new tenant who moved into a newly renovated unit. Great layout with plenty of space. Management and maintenance is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. There are lots of families here and they allow pets. I'm very happy that I chose the Glen At Bucks as my home.

I have now been living at The Glen at Bucks since my move-in date of September 21st. This place receives a bunch of negative reviews and maybe its warranted, but I have not encountered any major issues or concerns. From a safety stand point, the neighborhood is just that a real nice neighborhood. In my opinion if you're looking for a place and have kids this is the place for you. There are kids of all ages and a basketball court and playground for them to play on. Kids make noise that's what they ...

Valet trash does not pick up on two days that's Friday and Saturday other than that my trash has been picked every time and believe it or not its a nice thing not having to walk it to the dumpster. Maintenance issues, I have not had any I am pretty handy and able to fix any issues that's comes up. Overall I am totally satisfied here and am very glad I chose to live here.

We have been staying here for 3 months. We moved here for its nice floor plan, big, open kitchen, big closet space in bedroom, marked parking spot is also very helpful. The new management and maintenance quickly resolved and fixed some issues at our apartment. The only issue with us was that at the time when we came to look at the apartment, we could not see a sample apartment and after putting a deposit could not see our apartment until last day, so that was an unpleasant time.

We have been here since 2009 and we have had three different apartments going into our forth next month. There have been ups and downs over the years but with the new staff now things have turned around for the better. Maintenance come out withIn the week and do a terrific job. The pool is great my grand kids love it clean and great life guards. I would recommend this place !!

What can I say? Since the new property management company took over 2 years back we have gone through several managers, and they fired and hired brand new staff. Since then, garbage service has become a joke. You pay $25 a month extra for "valet" service. Valet service only comes when they want to, ie if weather is raining heavy or it is hot, they will not pick up garbage. Expect garbage to sit out for days and sometimes weeks in the hot sun. Great smell.
Their way of handling repairs is ...
just as bad. You must submit, either online or in writing, and then if they don't get to it within a week the only recourse you have is you can leave. We've been waiting several weeks for a dryer part now. Simple part, but 3 weeks and they haven't even visited.
Rent increases by $50 each year but I haven't seen anything added to be worth the extra in rent. They increased the rent and then took away the dumpsters. The only way to get rid of trash is to pay extra and then when they don't pick it up you have to find a way to dispose of it yourself. And if you try to call to speak with someone they will not answer. You have to head there and corner someone in person.

I’ve only spent a year here. Since I’ve moved in any maitence request I’ve put in for has been a work in progress. The second month I was here the septic backed up into my tub. Literally a tub of poo in my apartment for a night. The upstairs apartment leaked into mine through the bathroom.. I had a hole in the ceiling for 3 months. They patched it, it leaked again, and they came back and spackled over that. Never painted or finished the patch job. I’ve been missing parts of trim in my molding ...
since I’ve moved in. The outside grate to my HVAC unit is half attached so mice get in constantly. We had squirrels in our vents at one point. It drove my dog nuts.
THE TOPPER AND THE REASON WHY WE’RE MOVING...
The apartment above us had 5-6 people living in a one bedroom apartment. Always had trash everywhere.. Well back in October they moved out and they came and removed the carpet. Little to our surprise they had GERMAN COCKROACHES. They flooded our apartment and the office doesn’t want to fumigate. We have pest control spraying weekly, but thats not going to solve the issue. ON TOP OF THAT.. They let a new tenant move into that infested apartment. The guy said the first night he went in there and turned on the lights he saw hundreds of them scatter. Pest control said it’s really bad in those upstairs apartments.

I am very happy with the new changes at Glen at the Bucks. The office team is pleasant, the pool is amazing this year - they even have pool toys for us to use. And I am loving the movie night by the pool they just had. My family and I enjoyed dinner and a movie. I hope they do this again soon. The maintenance team has also been wonderful. Our Ac went out on a Saturday and they came out and fixed it same day. The place is clean and my trash gets picked up on time. I would recommend this ...

I've been in the community for alittle under six months and I ABSOLUTELY Love it from start to finish the leasing staff was very friendly and welcoming I fell in love when I first took a tour of the complex and I actually got the Unit I was shown. The community is very Quite. The grounds are kept Clean & Safe. I would recommend this community to anyone. I haven't had to have matinence issues which is awesome. My apartment has an amazing layout very spacious. Overall 10/10 Great Place to Live :-)
