Worse Place Ever

I hope this review helps other renters make an informed decision. I have experienced ongoing issues throughout my time living here, and unfortunately, management has not addressed them in a way that made living here comfortable. One of the biggest frustrations has been the constant water shutoffs, mice , unusable appliances, I still have a hole in my ceiling, roaches, trash on grounds, unresponsive management.

Avoid living here if you can. Incompetent staff that works on property management. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. No one answers their emails, not even the assistant property manager. But they’re quick to email when the water isn’t working week after week. Be prepared to deal with mice and roaches here as well.

I wanted to take the time to thank Fatima & Terrell for sending Danny H. to help with my unit. They were so polite in the office and once Danny came to my unit he fixed my Dryer immediately. I am very thankful.

Although I only came in for a tour, I was pleasantly surprised at how well Brittany & Terrell conducted my experience. They were very personable and polite individuals that not only made me feel very respected but they made me feel as though they actually cared about my needs beyond just selling me an apartment. They asked personable questions and really made an effort to go above and beyond.

Finally Fixed My Washing Machine!!!!!

It took Lakia almost 5 months to get me a washing machine, but by God's grace she finally came through!!!! I am so thankful that Lakia finally got me a washing machine that works. She is really a kind person once you get past all that fake stuff she tries. But she does good work.
