    Absolutely horrible! Cockroaches in the hallway Trash everywhere dirty hallways, people not treating you like paying customer… Construction but no compensation, high price old amenities cold pool in the shadow Gym often full, dog park covered with poop very unhygienic

    The apartment itself has been great along with amenities. It is in a great location of the North Gulch with great restaurants and things to do nearby. Although we've had some issues upon move in such as our apartment not being cleaned prior and discolored paint patches. The leasing office has not gotten back to us on any of our concerns related to that. Elevators and parking garage gates also broken a lot.

We think maintenance has been timely and enjoy engaging with the front desk staff. We do hope that the trash rooms will continue to be cleaned out, the doors will be fixed to remain locked and the gates will soon be fixed to ensure safety.

    Great location and staff. Building is older and needs some repairs. Pool only gets sun half of the day. Dog park is tiny. I love the neighborhood

    I have enjoyed living at the Gossett on Church so much. The location is great that you can walk to everything in the gulch. The staff is also always helpful.
