May 21, 2025I love the location of this apartment and the staff but the up keep of the courtyards is at a one star. The grills are always disgusting always have bird poop on them and don’t ever look clean enough to cook on they pressure washed the area for the season but I’m sure that’s all that will happen rents gone up but upkeep hasn’t matched building upkeep. The claim luxury living on line but it doesn’t not reflect in person. Living on the first floor it’s not the prettiest viewProperty Manager Responded

May 8, 2025Been here for two years now and I would say it is a great community with very fun events . BUT maintenance isn’t the best , there are these fire alarm issue that happen a lot in winter, and there are some updates needed in the building.
