January 21, 2026Leasing office is not very responsive to emails, elevators and gates broken often, apartment was not clean when we moved in. Location is nice though!Property Manager Responded

October 13, 2025The apartment itself has been great along with amenities. It is in a great location of the North Gulch with great restaurants and things to do nearby. Although we've had some issues upon move in such as our apartment not being cleaned prior and discolored paint patches. The leasing office has not gotten back to us on any of our concerns related to that. Elevators and parking garage gates also broken a lot.Review from Apartments.com
