    I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and main highways. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful, and the front office staff is always friendly and professional. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the community amenities like the pool and gym are well maintained. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere; it’s a peaceful place to come home to after a long day. Parking is easy and I’ve never ...
    had any issues with safety. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, the staff responded quickly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to live. It’s been a great home for me!

    Moved in just yesterday, so not a lot of experience yet, but from the beginning of our apartment search in NWA, the Grafton staff (Ben and Desi particularly - the main ones I interacted with) have been wonderfully helpful and answered all my questions and with such kindness. I haven't lived in an apartment for 30 years so going backwards from a home on 7 acres to an apartment complex is an adjustment in 100 ways but the residents seem very friendly as well and everything in our apartment was ...
    clean. Good job so far.

    The Grafton is a great place to live! The location is perfect, close to everything, and everyone here has been so nice. Maintenance is also quick and does a good job. Great overall!

    Peaceful living. There are few living here that cannot read and or understand the concept of picking up their dog’s poop or put trash out when and how they are supposed to. Other than that, it’s nice living here

    I knew The Grafton was my new home as soon as I took my first tour. Units are beautiful, amenities are amazing and management is friendly and super helpful.

    Moving here is a fast and easy process, management does a great job at helping you getting settled in and the building is new and well maintained. Very nice and quiet place to be, highly recommended.

  • Lots of fees

    Things to know before moving in: - the build quality is not great. You will hear your neighbors walking back and forth over you - there seems to be an annoying amount of fees that aren’t disclosed. You will pay 30 bucks to give them your pet’s rabies certificate - you will pay them 8 bucks a month so they can tell you how much they are charging for utilities - unless you opt out, you will pay 10 bucks a month so they can tell credit agencies you paid your rent - if you fail to pick up a ...
    package for 3 days, you will pay 10 bucks a day They aren’t very transparent about all these fees when you look at the apartments.

    Residents are respectful at night with noise and super friendly when I’m outside walking my dog! I’ve only lived here a week but I love it!! My apartment is so spacious and feels like home.

    I've only been here a week, but so far it has been great. I had some issues moving in, and Ben and Baylee have always quickly worked to take care of it. Nice apartment and great amenities
