We had a seamless move in! Everything was set and ready for us, and Desi was such a great help throughout the whole process! Very accommodating and helpful, the trash man even helped us with all of our moving boxes!

Maintenance went above and beyond

A couple of days ago my AC stopped working when it was 98 degrees outside. Unfortunately it was after hours and all property staff had left for the day, but being an emergency of sorts I contacted maintenance and left a message. One of the maintenance staff drove 40 mins back here from his home, just to try to fix the problem for me. The man deserves a raise!!

Dog poop every where. I know that yall are trying but the sketchy dogs and poop is just gross. Also. I’m very angry about having to continue to pay for parking and storage if I’m not using it. May want to change that.

The entire process was super easy. From signing the lease to the lead up, I kept getting updates on what was needed from me and what the timeline was which was helpful. Then when move in came I was able to get my keys a day early which also was awesome and made the move so much easier and less chaotic!

We have lived at The Grafton for almost 2 years. We love it!! The dog park is now complete and a great space for my pups to play. That is only one reason we love The Grafton. The location is great. It is easy to get to any of the surrounding towns. There is so much to do within walking distance of the apartments.

I am so excited to begin this new chapter in my life. After searching for an apartment for a while, I narrowed my choice to The Grafton because they’re very nice apartments and had the amenities I wanted…plus some. Everyone in the office has been very patient and helpful. On my first move in day, I called to have a ceiling fan installed in the living room. I never expected them to show up so quickly. Both young men were very nice and polite. The only complaint I have is that it took them ...
well over two hours…I quit timing them after it reached the two hour mark. Also, apparently the switch plate needed was out of stock and they had to “Frankenstein” one. I’m hoping they will order the correct plate and change it out for me.
