April 21, 2026Everything so far was nice and quiet and the move in process was smooth. But, not having properly working water for the first three and a half days due to a bad water heater was a major bummer.Review from Apartments.com

April 6, 2026I am so excited to begin this new chapter in my life. After searching for an apartment for a while, I narrowed my choice to The Grafton because they’re very nice apartments and had the amenities I wanted…plus some. Everyone in the office has been very patient and helpful. On my first move in day, I called to have a ceiling fan installed in the living room. I never expected them to show up so quickly. Both young men were very nice and polite. The only complaint I have is that it took them ...well over two hours…I quit timing them after it reached the two hour mark. Also, apparently the switch plate needed was out of stock and they had to “Frankenstein” one. I’m hoping they will order the correct plate and change it out for me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 13, 2026I LOVE my apartment and location. I’ve made my space a home and that and location keep me here until my new build is done. I believe the way yall handled the parking situation was not good. It made a lot of people upset bc when we moved here, that wasn’t part of what we signed up for. It looks more like greed to us. So I for one hope people continue to hold out and not purchase the spots. And by the way, MOST everyone loves ?????? it brings peace and beauty to any space. March 13, 2026Love it here! The only issue we have is the dog poop literally everywhere! It’s hard to even go for a walk! We have kiddos and have to constantly be on alert because they will step in it! Also it would be so nice to have a kids play area….Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2026It is absolutely beautiful here. It’s peaceful & very quiet, my apartment is definitely a 12/10. Have a lot of very nice restaurants & fast food spots literally only 3-5 minutes away. November 30, 2025Over all I love it here. The location was the key factor for me. I LOVE my layout as I’m in the 2/2 with an entryway when you walk in. The only negative is the insulation as I hear everything footsteps above me and people fighting below me. That is the biggest turn off.Review from Apartments.com
