January 22, 2026It is absolutely beautiful here. It’s peaceful & very quiet, my apartment is definitely a 12/10. Have a lot of very nice restaurants & fast food spots literally only 3-5 minutes away. November 30, 2025Over all I love it here. The location was the key factor for me. I LOVE my layout as I’m in the 2/2 with an entryway when you walk in. August 4, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and main highways. The maintenance team is prompt and helpful, and the front office staff is always friendly and professional. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the community amenities like the pool and gym are well maintained. I also appreciate the quiet atmosphere; it’s a peaceful place to come home to after a long day. Parking is easy and I’ve never ...had any issues with safety. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, the staff responded quickly and respectfully. August 1, 2025Moved in just yesterday, so not a lot of experience yet, but from the beginning of our apartment search in NWA, the Grafton staff (Ben and Desi particularly - the main ones I interacted with) have been wonderfully helpful and answered all my questions and with such kindness. I haven't lived in an apartment for 30 years so going backwards from a home on 7 acres to an apartment complex is an adjustment in 100 ways but the residents seem very friendly as well and everything in our apartment was ...clean.
