I've had a mostly positive experience living here so far.
One of the biggest highlights is the overall design of the apartments. The layouts are thoughtfully designed, and the interior finishes give the units a modern, attractive feel. The community amenities are also excellent, including the pool, BBQ area, clubhouse, and a 24-hour gym. The facilities are well-designed and add a lot of value to the community. The location is extremely convenient. The South Transit Center is only a 2–3 minute walk away, making public transportation very accessible and providing great connectivity around the city.
I also appreciate the sense of community here. There are occasional resident events that make it easier to meet neighbors, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. So far, the neighbor experience has been great.
The main drawbacks are related to construction quality and building infrastructure. In our unit, there are noticeable gaps between the walls and flooring in some areas, and we've seen insects coming through those openings. There is also a significant amount of noise from the air conditioning system, which can be disruptive at times.
If the construction details and noise issues were improved, this would be an easy 5-star property because the design, amenities, location, and community atmosphere are genuinely outstanding.
