December 17, 2025I lived at this apartment complex and overall had a decent experience, but a couple of issues kept it from being higher than a 3-star rating. The biggest ongoing challenge was parking. Depending on the time of day, finding a spot could be frustrating, and there didn’t always seem to be enough parking available for residents and guests. Another issue was that my unit was brand new and had never been lived in, which came with unexpected problems. While it was nice being the first occupant, there ...were several minor issues that needed attention, likely from construction or installation rather than wear and tear. Maintenance did address these concerns, but it required more follow-ups than I would have expected for a brand-new unit.Property Manager Responded

There may be some tiny issues with wifi speeds tending to be slow and certain community amenities (The Grills) not being 100% clean and maintained, however, the Granary is almost perfect to live in.
