Spacious living

We love it here!
June 23, 2019We love the friendly, helpful office staff, Trisha and Debbie are a wonderful mngt team! Maintenance is also wonderful and quick. They are ALWAYS working hard! The office doesn't take anything lightly and maintenance will respond for all types of requests, even a light bulb I couldn't reach, air filter, or porch light out. It isn't perfect, but no residence with communial living is. Each building has 4 units, so you share walls or a ceiling/floor with 1 to 2 neighbors. Sometimes people get loud ...but it is communial living. There is a 10 PM noise curfew. There are issues at the communial pool, like unsupervised kids or young adults drinking and smoking weed, but there is also a courtesy officer available 24/7 who is quick to respond and handles complaints. If these warrant a lease violation then it is handled. I am very satisfied with our choice to live here. If you are searching for a home not just a temporary residence, this property should be it for you!! The layouts are huge, some have wrap around porches, some have yards. I give this property a 10/10. The trash is also picked up frequently. Landscaping comes weekly and is also excellent. The grounds are clean and kept nicely. old with a new face
August 16, 2015The apartments are refurbished and look great. Management and personal are attentive and respond quickly to problems. The complex is clean but could use another trash dumpster or two. The only other problem is the parking, there is definitely a need for more space.Review from Apartments.com
the Grande* disappointment
August 5, 2015A nice place that's tucked away and very close to everything. They are old but updated. Not worth the amount of money I pay which is what I could pay for a luxury apt that was way newer. Fixtures are cheap as well. But management and maintenance are good, respectable and displays a sense of urgency.Review from Apartments.com
