Smoking allowed
September 20, 2024Do not move in here if you don't want to have smoke in your apartment. There's a lot of people smoking on balconies here and all that smoke will get into your apartment. Management is not doing anything about it. Management is just pretending this is non-smoking community.Review from Apartments.com

Major disappointment - terrible repairs and broken promises
May 8, 2024Today is the 12th water shut off in the past year. Broken entrance on Marinelli for 5 months. Repairs take months for the things big and small. Staff ignores requests for help and locks the door to the office often. Shocked at how unresponsive they are when we are all paying top dollar. Renters formed tenant association things were so bad.
