I have wonderful neighbors, and I feel very safe here which is a priority with me! Horrible staff
April 27, 2024Staff is under educated to even properly explain when a customer is inquiring about application process. My parents were starting an application process and while I was trying to explain that I would be guarantor if/in case they are not approved for application. Without even asking or explaining why, this assistant property manager initiates an application indicating that I need to be to start my own application. Only to find out my parents have never received any to initiate.. indicating I ...would have to restart application and pay for new fees.. to top it off, this person simply indicates it's my fault and that I don't know how to follow instructions as if talking to some kindergarten kids, just in a very condescending way, nor even give your customer chance to speak. Just lousy way to collect fees and undermine people that are in need. Sure, it could be one bad apple, but if this is the type of staff managing the property.. I cannot fathom to imagine how this environment cannot be toxic to let this staff continue and provide caring for elderly residents.. They would just crush/marginalize the elderly's moral if they ever need some sort of maintenance indicating it's probably their fault.. Just terrible human being.. how can this person even have customer facing job is beyond me..Property Manager Responded
