    We rented an apartment here, A year and a half ago I do not recommend these apartments they’re full of roaches. They gave us broken washer and dryer that we pay $40 a month for and they don’t want to fix the stove. Only one side was working. We have to keep calling maintenance. I’m sorry I have to give such a bad review, I moved from Pennsylvania to the roach motel. I’m scared when my grandchildren come and sleep here because I’m scared to turn off the lights because of the roaches they come to ...
    exterminate I don’t even think they’re really exterminating. Tell you the truth. It’s really sad because if there wasn’t so many problems and they charge you for everything and they don’t wanna do anything for you , I complain about my washer and dryer all the time my stove the roaches really sad. This could be a good place to live but the minute my lease is up I’m out.

  • AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE

    Roaches. Everywhere. All the time. This place is infested and does nothing but spray and hope for the best. Management does not care they just fill the apartments and never speak to you again. Look elsewhere unless you like living in filth.

  • Roaches, Roaches, Roaches (with some mold)

    “This place is inhabitable. My only roommates have been roaches. Supposedly the only service this place covers is pest control, which they have failed to live up to. I have only lived here seven months, but killing at least 5-6 cockroaches when I first wake up (11 is my personal record), is absolutely disgusting. I notified and submitted pest control services, but that did nothing. As more time went on, the more they populated despite making at least 5 attempts to request pest control including ...
    fumigation. My last attempt was placing boric acid along the seams of the kitchen and bathroom where it is the worst, however, these critters are not shy by crawling above your head sleeping. I don't care how "affordable" this place may seem, they make paying rent extremely difficulty by only accepting cash ,money orders, or credit card with a massive fee ($50). I am now working with Orlando department of health, but recommend you save yourself that burden by avoiding this place at all costs.

    Over price for services they provide and far from everything in general unless you like hanging out at the airport . Great schools . Staff tries to hide every little detail of charges to get you to apply once you apply you have already paid almost 400 dollars that is non refundable. Amenities are old including gym and pool area, car wash everything . My apartment kitchen cabinets are painted and even the fridge now tbh even the income base apartments are in better shape is sad .     This apartment complex is great! The office staff is thoughtful and really do everything they can to help. The maintenance staff is courteous and are very fast at fixing anything I need. The grounds are always well taken care of. Also, I could not ask for nicer neighbors.

    Huge Walk-In Closets in all 3 bedrooms!! His & Her Closets in the master suite! The master bathroom is fabulous & spacious & I love the garden tub!! The community is beautifully landscaped & always clean. The maintenance team is friendly & they always respond in a timely manner.

    The overall service of matainance is good. The manager is agreeable and works with you. They seem to handle problems within a decent time frame. The grounds are kept clean and its quiet. I love the layout of the apartment and where its located. I look forward to staying a long time.
