October 27, 2025They have a longer-than-usual required notice period for move out, so if your lease is ending and you're not resigning don't forget to give them written notice 60 days out or they WILL charge you a month's rent and send you to collections. October 28, 2025Hello, most apartment communities in Florida require a 60-day notice to vacate. At our community, we send multiple reminders beginning 90 days before the lease ends to ensure residents are well-informed of this requirement. I'm sorry to hear about your concerns regarding water quality. This issue had not been previously reported, and I did not find any work orders submitted for your apartment. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to investigate and address any concerns you had.

HORRIBLE LEASING OFFICE
October 18, 2022this application process has been the worst of my life!! I have lived in multiple apartments throughout orlando and this place has had the most unorganized incompetent people working here. They do not accept original physical paystubs scanned or picture only originally pdf which our place of work could not provide only physical copies which is not our fault!! we gave them physical copies which one worker said we be fine but then they later said they could not accept it. they then said to submit a ...formal letter of employment and once we submitted that they then said it was the wrong document and that they needed an offer letter instead. Ima specifically has not been helpful at all and also not updating everyone in the party of the situation. Overall, a waste of time and horrible experience! beware!!! do not apply here!!Property Manager Responded

Great Home for 2 1/2 years
October 26, 2020Lived here for 2 1/2 years while searching for a home to buy. I didn't experience any of the issues I saw in the negative reviews. The staff was very friendly and anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was addressed quickly. Had some great neighbors (Eileen and Martin) and enjoyed my time here. Bought my townhouse, so time to move on, but leaving happy and satisfied. Thanks to the manager Crystal, and staff member Ellie who was always very helpful, and maintenance worker Andres, who was always ...available, even after hours, and also very friendly.Property Manager Responded

Lack of amenities
April 19, 2019I have lived her over 3 months and still no washer or dryer. I have tried using the facility onsite washer and dryer and they are unreasonable expensive and do not wash or dry for the amount of money you spend. In addition, the basketball court is not operable to give our youth an outlet to enjoy outside. Lastly, the office personnel are not there to help the tenant but to help themselves not be liable. Definitely will not renew my lease or recommend.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here
April 3, 2019I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, my family, nor friends. I’ve lived here since Dec. 2018, and what I thought would a great experience by the nice staff has turned out to be the complete opposite. My husband and I have endured pest issues since are move in. When questioned about the roaches from the first night, leasing agent stated they walked through and didn’t notice anything, which is a complete lie because there is no way they could miss it. We had to bomb the apartment ...are very first night. We kill mosquitoes and little flies everyday, which could be from the pond nearby. However, no excuses for the roaches. It has been brought to mannagement’s attention several times verbally and in writing, nothing resolved. They have put us on pest control, and the guy puts monitors everywhere and says he doesn’t see anything. However, I have pictures and videos, and the leasing agent says oh can you put in a ziplock so we can see, the audacity. The last incident I called up the office to fuss about my frustration once more after finding a roach in my 17 month old toddler’s crib before putting her down to sleep. I spoke with Ellie, who I asked to speak to the property manager and she stated she was in a meeting and would give me call back, never received a call back. I don’t think any paying tenant should have to worry about roaches ending up in your child’s mouth or ears. I can’t even sleep at night ever since finding the roach crawling around in my child’s crib. I keep my apartment in a clean environment to where I should not have roaches in my apartment. Can’t even have guests over because I’m embarrassed about this issue. This apartment has now become inhabitable and I’m counting the days for my lease to be over. If you’re okay with roaches, mosquitoes, and little flies then you will be fine. But what tops everything is the lack of concern from the staff.Property Manager Responded

HATE LIVING HERE. CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE
December 17, 2017Bed bug infested. Property manager Chelsea is heartless,condescending,rude, lacks empathy or any human emotion. Neighbors can threaten you and get away with it. Upstairs neighbors can make as much noise as they want and inconvenience you and your peace up until 10:00 pm until the noise ordinance kicks in. No parking. Cars get broken into. Awful parking
July 29, 2015The size is decent, and location is good. .. but everything else is mediocre at best. The parking is laughable, and if you say anything to the office, they tell you there's sufficient parking, get over it. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything.
