The cleanliness of the Grand were unique! The New York’s fabulous view from the apartment and on the top of the roof are the best painting anyone could enjoy on a daily basis! The wonderful Gym and convenient parking are really great to have. Not only that but having Tara as the manager of this property is what is amazing! Tara’s genuine care, management skills, creative solutions to any problem that faced the tenants, her empathy and humanitarian’s vision on how to manage this property are absolutely unique and much appreciated. Not only that, but also the Maintenance Team that is led by Carlos is a plus: Any work order is completed efficiently and quickly! Living at the Grand has been a joy! We have been spending every day feeling as we are living in the most luxurious apartment! If we will have the choice to rent again, we will choose the Grand again and again!
