I lived here for 2 years, and I want to share what happened under the new management in my final 6 months:
Black mold was found in my apartment. I was promised a move-out date the next day, but the leasing manager never showed up.
I was issued an eviction notice for "not paying rent" — after management told me not to pay because of mistakes on their end that they promised to fix.
The amenities are disgusting, and management did nothing to clean or maintain them.
I was promised a reduction on ...
a cleaning fee they'd wrongly charged me — twice. They never followed through, never returned my calls, and instead sent the charge to a debt collector.
This new management is incompetent and full of empty promises. Only live here if it's your absolute last resort.

We also take reports of moisture or mold, as well as concerns regarding the cleanliness and condition of our community amenities, seriously. When these concerns are reported to our office, our team works to evaluate and address them through the appropriate maintenance and management processes.
