February 20, 2026Overall could be much better with attention to details but I’m glad there’s finally a stable staff in the leasing office. While the property upkeep has improved, the leg press machine and the gym Ac has been broken for a couple months now. Coworking room AC is also broken. They’ve promised a new triangle for the pool table and it’s been almost a year. Pool sticks are worn out, barely any sand for the shuffleboard, and the fire place isn’t always on. Gate rarely ever closes, and a lot of people ...don’t follow parking rules.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025Love this complex. Second year in a row. Could use few improvements. Overall a good complex to live in. Staff is great, they just have to get better at answering the phone. Package room could use an upgrade, but love the Amazon lockers.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2025Love the property!!! Staff has been amazing and very helpful. The only issue is that my children need access to my unit and there is no option unless they are on the lease. This is a big inconvenience to me as my commute to/from work is over an hour and they sometimes run errands for me. PLEASE, put the regular door lock with key if there is no other option. If I had known this would be an issue, I probably would have gone to another property!Property Manager Responded
