Amazing place to live!
September 9, 2020I’ve lived at Grand On Broadway for almost 3 years. The location is amazing. So many places to walk including the grocery store. The garage parking along with the other amenities in this building makes this one of the top places to live in Stadium District. The staff here are amazing from the front office to the cleaning crew. Take a tour!
December 11, 2017I currently live along the waterfront (Thea's Landing) and when my previous lease was coming to an end, my partner and I decided to look explore our options. As avid bar and brewery folk, we chose to look at every possible complex that was closer to the hustle and bustle. After looking a dozen options, we decided to renew our lease at Thea's. Although we did not chose The Grand or The Metropolitan I feel inclined to say it was our favorite out of those places we toured. Our Leasing Agent ...Patricia "Tricia" was always prompt, professional, and cordial. The complex is a community of three buildings so it is quite stacked on shared amenities. The location is in walking distance to the Metropolitan Market and a few of our favorite bars and for the commuters is not too complicated or trafficked of a route onto I-5. August 27, 2015I recently moved in here & I absolutely love it. my apartment is perfect. the amenities are amazing. the building is beautiful & always clean. the staff are awesome & the residents are extremely friendly. the location is convenient for multiple reasons, close to the freeway, downtown/Tacoma's historical theatre district, stores, bars/restaurants & has a breathtaking view of the water & Mt.
