May 9, 2025It’s confident how close the complex is to the university. Office staff are always very helpful and attentive. However, I think there are some growing maintenance issues. Air filters have not been changed despite multiple requests. This has cause my room to always be filled with dust and it affects my allergies. This was not an issue 2 years ago. Secondly, it does get humid within the apartment during summer months. And lastly, laundry appliances break down quite often.Property Manager Responded

May 6, 2025My resident experience has been truly amazing! Not going to lie, there has been many ups & downs, called life, which is completely normal. Although, I thank god every day for everything!! It has been going super well and I am so happy that I am graduating soon! I remember barely moving in, fast forwarding to graduation coming up so soon! April 23, 2025The Grande is modern and spacious with a layout that makes it feel like home right away. The kitchen has updated appliances and ample storage, and the in-unit washer and dryer is a huge plus. What really sets this place apart, though, is the community and the staff. The management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. There are regular events for residents, which make it easy to meet neighbors and feel like part of a community. The ...amenities are fantastic, from the fitness center and pool to the clubhouse. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient close to UTRGV and pretty much everything you could think of or need. It’s a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere.Property Manager Responded
