It was better than it is now
February 15, 2022Let me start with the good, units are beautiful, conveniently located near everything, if you lucky you’ll have neighbors that you won’t even know they’re there. Maintenance is quick, activities for tenants are awesome. The bad is shady people walking in/out of building #1 main door lock was never fixed, expensive parking fees, people smoking even tho is non smoking, a dog bit me on the hallway, be prepared when you leave for them to charge you fees and without notice they will send it to strait ...to collection. Safety was a concern, so we left.Property Manager Responded

New Construction/Uncomfortable Conditions
October 29, 2019Been living here for 6 months. The buildings are very nice (totally brand new) and the amenities are also pretty neat. Can't beat having a gym in your basement. The staff is very friendly, and the tenant outreach makes the experience of living here more fun. We have a lot of scheduled activities like movie nights, game competitions, holiday parties, etc. Some issues include the noise level, dead outlets, appliances, and an aggressive property management team. There is a huge noise problem here. ...Until recently, I was disturbed every night by my upstairs neighbors stomping around their apartment. Sometimes I can hear another neighbor snoring. There have been a few times where we could very clearly hear our neighbors listening to television. We do not live near anyone who has a pet, but we have been told that animals make the noise problem even worse. You will hear every car that speeds past on the parkway (especially motorcycles). I am woken up by people yelling in the parking lot at least once a week. Also, the air conditioning is in the living room so you can imagine how frustrating it is to spend time watching television while the AC is running (very loudly). Of course these noises should be expected with apartment living, but it is rather extreme here. Another problem we had was our dishwasher stopped working (a brand new dishwasher) and they did not send someone for about a week, maybe a few days longer, to fix it, which bothered me. There are several dead outlets throughout the apartment. Not looking forward to our next issue. You would expect better service with the high rent that you are paying. Finally, they threaten us, a lot. These threats include taking away "privileges" (as if we were children), imposing fines, or even towing our cars. I understand that some people break the rules, and they should be dealt with individually, but the property management team comes off very aggressive. Makes living here uncomfortable. Today we were threatened to have our car towed for not having a sticker on our windshield. A sticker that, mind you, already caused us issues for not working properly (because it's supposed to open the "gates"). I have spoken to several other tenants who either ended their leases early or have already decided they will not be renewing, so that should tell you something. There is a pony in the pile, however. The location is convenient, the amenities are very nice, and the staff is friendly (unless they are distributing threats).Property Manager Responded
