Exceptional in so many ways!!
July 18, 2022We spent many hours/days/weeks researching apartments in quite a few Cincy suburbs. We eventually selected The Grandstone, and we don’t have a single regret. First and foremost, Alexandra, the Property Manager, is absolutely amazing. I knew that from her wonderful attitude and first-rate responsiveness in the initial correspondence, and 16 months later, it’s still true. Alex is truly wonderful, and really cares about her community! And Jon, the Maintenance Manager, is also fantastic! ...We haven’t had many issues, but even with ordinary scheduled maintenance, he’s friendly and professional, and he also seems to care about his community. The apartment itself is fantastic! The size, look, high ceilings (we’re on the top floor), appliances, countertops, and virtually all materials are excellent. The reason I said virtually is because the cabinets and floor laminate are just mediocre compared to everything else. . . But everything else is excellent! The club house and facilities, parking lot, secure building entrances, smallish number if units/residents, are all perfect. The general (south Mason) location is great, and the specific (Deerfield Village) location is walking distance to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, parks, a movie theater, walking trails, medical offices, bank branches, and more. Love this place!
October 20, 2015I moved into the Grandstone on 10/1/15. I've always been a renter and very few places have met all of my expectations. I have to say that the Grandstone not only met my expectations but exceeded them. These apartments are well constructed and the finishing and details are high quality. The countertops really are granite and the appliances are real stainless steel. The lighting fixtures are beautiful. Even the window blinds are high quality....not those cheap miniblinds you see in most ...apartments. I can't say enough about how great the staff has been. They've been great to work with from the day I first contacted them.
