February 24, 2019So living here was alright, the staff was always friendly, and the accommodations are nice compared to how much you pay. Where this place earns its one star is for what happened after I stopped residing here. Two weeks after I moved out I received a letter from a debt collector asking for $200, it was a debt from the Granite, so instead of calling me or contacting me any other way they automatically went to a debt collector, I had lived there two plus years and had only every had one late ...payment and I even warned them in advance that I would pay one day late. So yeah this place is decent for living but the owners are scumbags and will milk you for everything you are worth.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Apartments are old, and staff state their units are renovated, however, that is false. Roaches everywhere. Take your business else where.Review from Apartments.com

July 30, 2015The Granite at Tuscany hills has made renting comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Maintenance is quick, knowledgeable and the best part very trustworthy. Parking always available. Office staff is friendly and professional. I'd recommend them to everyone.
