Overpriced and amenities aren’t great. I wish that the complex would update the gym equipment, its both too tall and too short at the same time.

Staff are great. They quickly respond to any inquiries and service requests. The amenities are bare-bones and the location doesn't have too much going on for it without having a car. If living space is more important to you than location then this is a perfect match!

The apartments are GORGEOUS and they are right next to the Sullivan Sq t stop which makes it so easy to get anywhere! Would highly recommend!

Very nice, respectful, quiet, and friendly community. Public spaces are always clean, and i have never felt as though someone is being excessively loud in these areas.

This place used to be nice, but not anymore. The management is lacking - we pay for common area maintenance, but the restaurant uses them more than residents. Parking in front is for the restaurant, which is odd. The basement is also used by the restaurant, with access to our apartments. Management didn't inform us about a restaurant party with over 200 people in the basement. Complaints lead to rude emails. The gym closes without explanation. Residents must handle concierge duties themselves. ...
The garage smells like dead animals, and management does nothing. Maintenance staff are the best thing this place has (they are great), but the carpets are dirty in every floor. Mailboxes have been stolen, with no notification to residents. The place has potential but needs significant improvements (management 101). It's not the same place I moved into.

I recently moved into this apartment. The location provides an easy access to public transportation. The building itself is well-maintained and secure, with friendly and responsive management. My unit is spacious and bright, with modern appliances, but lack of storage and cooking surfaces. The community amenities, including the gym and rooftop terrace, are a good. Noise levels are minimal, and the neighbors are respectful. Overall, this apartment is good and I can recommend it to anyone looking ...
