Sometimes it takes some time but eventually requests are met. Maintenance requests are always fast. Love the gym but wish there were more check ins with the community on what they want. Multiple residents have discussed other machines that might be more useful but there’s no where to really bring these ideas or concerns

No complaints. Quiet neighbors. Most appliances work (still waiting for that new dishwasher). Staff is terrific. Building is always impeccably clean. Even the dogs are nice!

Overall good!!! Wish the gym was bigger but happy to have one! Also the coffee area in the lounge could use some stirrers and maybe creamers or something ! And more people should utilize the amenities in general !

Only been moved in for about a week, but so far we are very pleased. The apartment is nice and not cheaply made/maintained, everyone from the staff to the residents are friendly, the amenities are fantastic. No complaints.

Still a good building, the cleaners are sweethearts, front desk girl is nice, but ever since the Maintenance and Management changes within the last year there is a different feeling on hospitality. A minor example, for years they had a dumpster for Christmas trees and that went away/no where to put our trees. Weeks after Christmas we were told to put them by our recycle area but yeah minor example. It feels like budget cuts from a business perspective. Still renewing though so clearly not that ...

I’ve been living here for about three months now, and overall it has been a really positive experience.
The community has been very peaceful. I haven’t experienced any noise issues or disturbances, and it’s been great to have a quiet environment to relax and work from home when needed.
One of my favorite features is the gym. The equipment is well-maintained, there’s a good variety, and it never feels overly crowded. It’s definitely a perk having high-quality amenities right on site.
The staff ...
has also been consistently friendly and helpful. From move-in day to everyday questions, they’ve always been quick to assist and genuinely pleasant to interact with.
Overall, I’m very happy living here so far and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-run place to call home.
