January 22, 2026Still a good building, the cleaners are sweethearts, front desk girl is nice, but ever since the Maintenance and Management changes within the last year there is a different feeling on hospitality. A minor example, for years they had a dumpster for Christmas trees and that went away/no where to put our trees. Weeks after Christmas we were told to put them by our recycle area but yeah minor example. It feels like budget cuts from a business perspective. December 3, 2025I’ve been living here for about three months now, and overall it has been a really positive experience. The community has been very peaceful. I haven’t experienced any noise issues or disturbances, and it’s been great to have a quiet environment to relax and work from home when needed. One of my favorite features is the gym. The equipment is well-maintained, there’s a good variety, and it never feels overly crowded. It’s definitely a perk having high-quality amenities right on site. The staff ...has also been consistently friendly and helpful. From move-in day to everyday questions, they’ve always been quick to assist and genuinely pleasant to interact with.
