My apartment was flooded due to building pipes being old. I came home from vacation to my roof partially on ground, bed wet, and carpet drenched. Management company provided no hotel relief and did rush job to fix apartment not really checking work. Carpet in livingroom was still wet, patch work on ceiling still crack, paint dripping, and to seal the deal it was just found mold in kitchen cabinets and in livingroom baseboard that has been growing for 15

While Henderson Webb (HW) is not an excellent community, but what community is? HW has shown that they care and do their best to accommodate their residence living in their communities. I've been with HW for nearly ten (10) years and I could list several issues I've encountered that were not pleasant, but those issues are extremely minor and has not impacted me in a negative way. If I were to list a situation I would like to see change, it would be the trash dumpsters located outside of my ...
building at the entrance into the community. This gives the community a sore eye, but I'm sure the dumpsters are located in the areas that's convenient for all. The community is extremely clean, and the maintenance crews are so professional and good at their jobs, there are safe play areas for kids, and you never see individuals hanging around, outside of the buildings. The property is always clean and maintained by professional landscaping crews. I like HW and although I am working to relocate to my new home, Queens Purchase Apartments will never be forgotten. I am pregnant due any day now and have a 3-year-old. Never got meshes at the bedroom windows when I moved in and the one in the living area was cracked so all types of bugs gets in, there was a wasps nest between that cracked mesh and the window which my mom had to remove because maintenance was afraid to remove said he's scared of wasps. Centipedes with a million legs on the walls bugs big and small but I don't know there names, small brown spiders just crawling but you gotta look carefully to ...

Toilet is always clogged and still nothing is done to fit it! Cooking on the stove is A complete nightmare! They told me that I’m cooking in a industrial pot that’s why it’s not working right, I have never heard or seen anything like this before especially when you are never late paying your rent every month . I can’t wait to leave once my lease is up. Oh did I mention that the customer service representative I spoke with made jokes about my pot ? Yea !!!!! Unbelievable

I have been living here for a year my apartment is nice size but the mice going run me out of my apartment. I had my apartment exterminated 4 time and this cause me to be out of work because I have to take everything out of cabinet and closet .I have mice so bad they are on my kitchen table and I have leave my bag of food in my car

Just moved in and and I was able to put my Maintenance request online! It was quick and easy! I put in two requests for separate issues and it was handled quickly! Before the maintenance man left I let him know I found a third issue and he informed me he would also fix it! I returned from work to all the work being complete the same day!

The call center and maintenance technicians are the best. They are experienced and I have never had to ask them to return to repair any requests a second time. They are professional and their work is neat and tidy. They always leave a comment card behind like clock work. Even during the pandemic with all the extra safety precautions, they never failed to deliver quality work in a timely fashion. Kudos to the entire staff. I enjoy living in Queens Purchase.
