LGBT NOT FRIENDLY
February 9, 2016I am a identified feminine lesbian Who lives with her fiance. We are harrased, threatened, and are in fear for our lives everyday..Also we have been told that our dog would be killed. We have made several police reports & contacted property management. 2 days later I received a letter about dog urine, remind you there are at least 10 dogs in very close proximity. I asked several of them if they received the same letter , they of course did not. If you are LGBT This is not the place for you or ...your family. Great Landlord!
July 27, 2015My apartment is great! It has high ceilings and a walk-in closet. It's also pet friendly! The bathroom is small, but it's big enough for me since I live on my own. I love having a balcony! The complex is quiet and clean. My neighbors are friendly! Thus far, I have lived in my apartment for 2 years. During that time, I had issues with the hot water heater, the refrigerator and dishwasher. When I notified my landlord of these issues, he was quick to reply. He bought a new hot water heater, a new ...fridge, and a new dishwasher. He even took money off my rent because of these problems! Having a landlord that listens and takes care of broken things in the apartment is important. Without a good landlord, you may have to wait weeks to get things fixed.
