Very Unprofessional
May 11, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comTerrible maintenance and nobody is EVER in the office. Very unprofessional and not worth it for how little of amenities they offer. When signing up they tell you they have a Starbucks coffee bar when in reality they have other branded coffee and rarely ever Starbucks coffee available to use. I always have to tell them to put more wipes upstairs in the gym, or they won’t do it themselves. We went without gym wipes for over a month before I said anything and there were wipes put in that day I ...complained. They also won’t take out the trash from the outside trash bin. They just let it overfill and let the trash pile up on the ground before they take care of it. It’s not hard to do your job but nobody wants to work.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

She’s always planning fun events for residents and constantly goes above and beyond the normal management expectations!! The Living spaces are very modern, not to mention Quiet! The common areas are relaxed and welcoming, there is also a dog park! The Anne Springs greenway is close by and living here gets you a membership! Alyssa is very friendly, will listen to my concerns and is fast to fix any issue.
