July 20, 2015It's not much of a party place, but it does have students - I'd guess somewhere around 60-40 non-students to students. Kind of far away from the university, but clean, quiet, and has good rates. Management is nice and helpful, maintenance is fine and pretty timely.Review from Apartments.com
