The entire move in process was terrible, being told by phone MULTIPLE TIMES that was my actual apartment would be one location only to get there after moving from Dallas TX & it was nothing like we discussed. I called the office to inform them of the error & was told there was nothing they could do about it because I had already signed my lease. The carpet was old & in terrible condition, my bathroom sink was corroded & was “scraped” by maintenance & told you all were not replacing faucets at ...

Find somewhere else to live. This place is awful. We lived there for 3 years and went about leaving the right way. We went month-to-month on our lease, gave notice, and turned in our keys. Now they're trying to charge us rent for a month we didn't live there because they claim we didn't turn in our keys on time. We turned them in a day before the first of the month and they want us to actually pay rent for the whole month. They actually told me to "prove" that I turned in my keys.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lived there for 2 college semesters so actually left complex 2 months prior to lease ending. Called to see what the penalty would be for leaving early and was told 1/2 months rent for the final month. Signed agreement, gave one month prior notice, moved furnishings, cleaned apartment thoroughly and paid the penalty. Received notice that we owe the penalty, plus the final months rent, plus amount over our deposit for cleaning and other charges. When asked, ...
we were told the person who signed the agreement for early termination of the lease no longer worked there so they would not honor it. Called corporate office and they would not honor it either. Do not trust what you are told at their office because they will not honor any agreement that is made once you are there, even if you have signed documentation. Wish I had read these reviews prior to moving into the complex. Person who says they cleaned apartment for 3 hours and still lost their deposit is telling the truth. Same thing happened to us. Don't bother cleaning, they will charge you anyway. We also didn't get a walk through with staff prior to leaving, just trusted them.

I just toured this property today and it did not disappoint in anyway. Gabby was extremely helpful and informative regarding the property and all the amenities. They have so much to offer and the price is very reasonable.
I previously have lived in to communities in Little Rock and they are pricier and not as well maintained as this property. I am very excited to apply for residency with this community.

Move in - found cell phone and pregnancy tests under mattress.
My daughter stayed 9 months had car broken into - driver's door window smashed along with 3 or 4 other cars. No security cameras to help.
Move out - My wife and I know what it takes to clean an apartment and it was clean - we cleaned it. Spent 3 hours cleaning and it was in better shape than when we moved in. On check out we asked for a walk through. Attendant in the office said it was fine, no need - just turn keys in. A month later ...
found out management kept $200 of $250 deposit for not 'cleaning'. Apparently you need a cleaning list (which we did not know to get) and a walk through (which we asked for and did not get) to get full refund. Management unwilling to budge, so they keep $200.
