I think it is a good starting place to live and raise young kids if you can’t afford a townhome. Be warned that the appliances are going to break often and they never tell you when maintenance will arrive at your home. Also walls are super thin and they don’t take action when you put in a noise complaint.

The same things that attracted me to this location have remained just as attractive. a this location is elevated enough to allay flooding. Isolated enough to reduce noise and other disturbances. The maintenance staff here is also first rate.
