Great Place To Live
June 26, 2023After living in a one-bedroom apartment for over 6 years, I am very satisfied with my decision to rent an apartment at The Greenway complex. The apartment is spacious at 800square feet. The building is well maintained and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Most importantly, the building and surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. Being located close to the Carol Stream Police Department , there is high security in the area. Living here is also stress-free as all maintenance requests are ...responded to with alacrity— usually serviced within 2 hours . There is a wealth of amenities to make living pleasant. This includes a fitness center, sparkling swimming pool, two outdoor Pavilions with nice furniture, Grill Stations and a Fire Pit. BEWARE!!!
March 3, 2023$260 application fee is terrible! Spent 5 days sending my information & in the end, it wasn’t enough. Transferring from California to Illinois & the leasing office thinks i won’t make the same or more pay to pay for housing. Who moves over 2000 miles to a cheaper state & can’t afford housing! Income verification only takes downloaded PDF files which every site doesn’t have, so keep that in mind. So yeah, no screenshots or scanned documents. I say no, don’t waste your time. All the information ...imputed on the application is for nothing. There are more steps & dozen of phone calls after. With all this being said, don’t waste your time or money. $260 for nothing!Property Manager Responded

My Greenway Apartments
September 30, 2019After selling our home and looking extensively for another, it was decided to rent an apartment. We looked at several places in Dupage County, the Greenway Apartments, in Carol Stream was suggested. Now, 30 plus years later I continue to live in the Greenway Apartments and enjoying it more and more. Yes, I am asked often why? My answer is always the same.....It's "my" home. The office staff and maintenance treat me like I'm a person and not an object. If a problem arises, I call the office and ...the situation is addressed as expeditiously as possible. If not, I receive a call from our office informing me when the situation will be resolved and why there is a delay, Additionally, the complex is kept clean (look at our halls and stairways). Our complex including the residential areas experience improvements yearly. This includes the parking lot pavement, laundry area, kitchen and bathroom updates just to name a few things. Home at The Greenway!
September 30, 2019The Greenway at Carol Stream has truly been a home! It's being home, but also on vacation at the same time with the relaxing environment. The atmosphere of the Greenway Apartment Homes (I called it my home apartment, instead) is truly amazing with the wonderful office and maintenance staff to compliment the whole circle of home apartment living. Communication with office staff (Laura, Christine, Cheryl, and Meghan) have been great from the time I first looked at the home apartment to now, a year ...later of renewing my lease. No matter what your lifestyle, you will fit right in. The home apartments are generously spacious (room size, closets), including the openness to enjoy the views of the grounds outside, without actually being outside....although, there's a nice patio to enjoy as well! The amenities of the pool and fitness facilities are right here on the property to enjoy as well, with other amenities within a short distance. My first impressions are still the "same impressions, even better than what I expected". Glad this is the home that I decided on!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live. Great place for kids!
September 25, 2019Great location. Well kept complex, repairs are always done in a timely manner. Kids are in a safe environment. Neighbors are nice. Peaceful Community
September 19, 2019The Greenway is a nice place to stay. It is quiet and clean. when something is wrong it doesn't take them long to fix the problem. it is kid-friendly and my daughter loves the pool in the summer. The police station is nearby which makes me feel safe. There are plenty of shopping centers, grocery stores, car washes and entertainment nearby that makes it convenient for families.Property Manager Responded
