I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to after having such a great experience. My refrigerator quit working and I put in a maintenance request for it to be fixed. After the maintenance crew determined it was toast they brought me a brand new one the very same day. Every staff member was very polite and respectful.Property Manager Responded

Electricity way overpriced- lose Pioneer Energy!
July 26, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThey have a shady deal with an energy distribution company Pioreer Energy. Essentially it's a middle man who ups the price of electricity. My bill is almost consistently $200 a month. My tiny 665 sq feet 1-bedroom where I never have the AC on or my heat over 65 degrees. So definately consider this price when considering them. Other than that it's a nice area, management is ok, people are mostly considerate. I don't like being charged $40 bucks for a trash pick up fee when I throw away my own ...trash and I don't like paying a common area energy fee.(usually 40 bucks as well).But most nice apartments do this now to keep their extras looking nice to attract new sales to the complex.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

December 28, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comSo far I love this place. The clubhouse is always super clean. They have a nice pool table and sand volley ball court. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. The staff that runs the place is always helpful and polite with any concerns I have.
