5-star place
December 10, 2024I’ve been at the Greyson for over a year and so far I love this place. I don’t usually leave reviews but felt compelled to after having such a great experience. My refrigerator quit working and I put in a maintenance request for it to be fixed. After the maintenance crew determined it was toast they brought me a brand new one the very same day. Electricity way overpriced- lose Pioneer Energy!
July 26, 2024They have a shady deal with an energy distribution company Pioreer Energy. Essentially it's a middle man who ups the price of electricity. My bill is almost consistently $200 a month. My tiny 665 sq feet 1-bedroom where I never have the AC on or my heat over 65 degrees. So definately consider this price when considering them. Other than that it's a nice area, management is ok, people are mostly considerate. I don't like being charged $40 bucks for a trash pick up fee when I throw away my own ...trash and I don't like paying a common area energy fee.(usually 40 bucks as well).But most nice apartments do this now to keep their extras looking nice to attract new sales to the complex.Property Manager Responded

Love these apartments!
March 14, 2024Overall a great place to live. Dog friendly! Carwash, basketball/volleyball court. A decent size gated pool and grills by the pool. My apartment has a nice balcony and the apartment it self is very spacious. They also have garages you can rent which I am. I would recommend!Property Manager Responded
