March 29, 2025Very bad experience, I left after 7 months. Brand new unit with Palmetto bugs coming in regularly, American roaches, spiders, small centipede bugs, and ants. Gaps under all doors to the unit.Property Manager Responded

October 2, 2023Charging high rent for luxury resort style apartment. In luxury apartment, can hear upstair neighbors - every step they take, every flush they make, etc. The pool, gym, business center, community room are not available and there is no word on when they will be available BUT the high rent is not reduced to reflect lack of advertised amenities.Review from Apartments.com
