The units are clean, maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request, and the staff is pretty chill. The location is perfect for getting around Ames and the amenities are what you need — gym, laundry, all that. It’s been a smooth experience overall, definitely a solid place to live.

Not only that but they have a lot of events for the residents to get free things and meet other residents. I would definitely recommend living at the grove to other people!!

I am in a 3 bed/3 bath layout and think the price is perfectly fitting. The apartments are also super close to Jack Trice, so PERFECT for game days to walk right over. Maintenance is speedy, packages are ready for pickup quickly and I always feel safe living here.Property Manager Responded
