November 21, 2025I’ve been at The Grove for a while now and it’s honestly been a good spot. The units are clean, maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request, and the staff is pretty chill. The location is perfect for getting around Ames and the amenities are what you need — gym, laundry, all that. I love living at the grove
November 18, 2025There are so many great amenities. I enjoy going to the clubhouse to do my homework and get a coffee! The staff are all very nice and helpful. Amazing!
October 23, 2024I have loved every moment of living at the Grove. There are SO MANY community events. All of the staff are very intelligent and helpful. I am in a 3 bed/3 bath layout and think the price is perfectly fitting. The apartments are also super close to Jack Trice, so PERFECT for game days to walk right over. Maintenance is speedy, packages are ready for pickup quickly and I always feel safe living here.Property Manager Responded
