There has to be a better place for your money
July 23, 2024Property management refuses to fix anything with apartment. Leaking windows any where between an inch to over 5 inches of rain comes into the apartment every t-storm. I’ve called emailed sent pictures and they refuse to fix it.Property Manager Responded

Run, don't walk, AWAY from this awful place
March 29, 2024These apartments are terrible. Every time it rains the ceiling and window in the primary bedroom leak so badly that we can't even use the room anymore. It's been this way since we moved in 8 months ago, and nothing has been done to fix these problems. Our health is suffering, and I'm waiting for the roof to actually collapse from the water damage. The complex isn't safe, we've had packages and mail stolen, and cars get broken into routinely. Advertised amenities are not available. The laundry ...machines don't work. Management is negligent, and hostile when issues are brought up. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in, and I am actively counting down the days until I can leave.Property Manager Responded

Not worth the cost
September 2, 2023When I first moved here I was comfortable and happy overtime things started to fall apart every season change the air or heat go out and it takes them months to fix. I have said countless times there’s mold they come look and do nothing about it. Windows don’t lock. Closets falling apart. Leaks every where. They raised my rent on my lease renewal and I still have not seen a change in my living space to even justify the raise of the rent. Park and pool advertised but ever since I lived here 2-3 ...years ago the pool has not been opened once and the park was unsafe and now they have taken that away. These apartments are barely live able but now they took all the features that was supposed to make it a home.Property Manager Responded

Promises of improvement
November 15, 2022I have lived here for almost 5 years now. The management has changed several times. The pool has been broken fir the past 4 years. This year, fall 2022, the apartments claim to be putting in over 1 million dollars in updates. I have seen them putting in new gray vinyl flooring and new gray siding on a few of the buildings so far. However the bottom level apartments flood every single time it rains for years now. They did put in a system to remove the water, however it's placed right next to the ...building so will just go back in anyway. I want to believe this apartments are improving but I guess we will see. I'm hopeful but skeptical after all the many promises of making it better. I do feel the old pictures are misleading. And unless they fix other issues like mold, windows missing in units for a year now, apartments with broken air conditioners then the problems will still continue. Yes it's in Dunlap school district but so are many others at the same price range now.Property Manager Responded

Black mold
November 14, 2022My apartment has black mold and they won’t do anything about it. It’s growing all over my walls and there is a leak that keeps getting all my stuff wet and damaged. Don’t waste your time and money here.. they do not care whatsoever.Property Manager Responded
