July 9, 2025The Grove is a good community. There are lots of families here. My only complaint is that some neighbors are messy and litter everywhere and the cleanup doesn’t happen often. But it’s a safe apartment community and I enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2025For the most part it has been ok, the office stall has been great, the only thing is that my neighbors on both sides have moved out and I have seemed to have inherited their roaches, i have put out roach powder and have put in a service request for pest control about a week ago to come spray. When i signed the lease, they was a part where pest control once a month, i have been here for 9 months and have only seen the pest control person twice. And it is almost July and it seems that the pool ...isn't opened yet. As I understand the previous maintenance man is not here anymore and the new one is so inundated with repairs and catching up, Overall, it has been ok living here.Property Manager Responded
