December 28, 2018Throughout the many years being here...for the most part it has been accommodating. Maintenance has been pretty prompt. The neighborhood has had its ups and downs but overall I have felt fairly secure as a single woman. I will say that living in a apartment with a boiler system has definitely helped economically over the years also. I have referred a few people here which says something about this complex. October 14, 2018si buscas donde mudarte busca en otro lado para comenzar la manager del lugar es una mujer muy ruda si pones una queja nunca responde el mantenimiento de los apartamentos es lo peor las personas se orinan en los pacios de los apartamentos ,las lavadoras nunca funcionan , las demás personas no respetan el sueño ajeno vienen y pitan y pitan a cualquier hora de la noche y de la madrugada sin importar si es día de semana o fin de semana ,los arrendatarios beben asta deshoras de la noche en plena ...calle y dejan los embaces de cervezas en la calle o debajo de los carros aunque sea queja a la oficina no hacen nada por mantener un control no pasan memorandos donde diga que no piten que no beban en la calle ni nada no puedes quejarte por que la encargada de los apartamentos sale más enojada que tú no tienes derecho a reclamar aun pagando renta aquí es un muy mal lugar para vivir aunque cuando haces el contrato te ofrecen la luna y las estrellas y te tratan cortes el problema es ya firmado el contrato obvio tienes que aguantar asta que se venza el contrato es muy mal servicio no importará lo demás si por lo menos dejarán dormir en paz si se pudiera les doy 0 estrellas .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Dirty & Unprofessional
September 25, 2017Any time spent as a resident at the Grove at Albany will be full of disgust. The management team here is not a team at all. They are inexperienced with the most simplest of tasks and clearly do not place value on the residents here. The parks and parking lots in the complex are always litter-ridden. Dumpsters are overflowing. Inside the apartment expect to find outlets that do not work (filled with paint, rendering them unusable). Do not expect maintenance issues to be attended to in a timely ...manner or at alll in many cases. This place has been a nightmare. It is my first residence in Frederick, MD & put such a bad taste in my mouth.Property Manager Responded
